Episode와 Visions 앨범으로 최고의 네임벨류로 등극한 Stratovarius 이다. 본작 Destiny가 어떤한 방향성을 지니든 간에 비판의 여지를 남길 수 밖에 없는데, 보다 심오해진 프로그레시브적인 전개로 찬사와 우려를 동시에 끌어안은 앨범이다. 각 곡들의 구성이 다채로운 느낌이며 뚜렷한 테마의식과 완숙한 연주력을 들려주나, 스피드와 멜로디가 다소 위축된 것이 아쉽다. Stratovarius의 음악은 내적 심리를 자극하는 깊은 서정성의 클래시컬한 사운드가 항상 복선으로 깔려있다. 그 차가운 여운의 깊이는 말로 형용하기 힘들다. Stratovarius의 네임벨류는 손상되지 않았다.
