1987년작 Hall Of The Mountain King 부터의 앨범들이 모두 명반이라는 칭호를 달고 있는 절대적인 믿음을 안겨주는 Savatage이다. 본작은 흔히들 말하곤 하는 헤비메틀 3대 컨셉앨범 중 하나로 서정적인 Dramatic Progressive Metal의 결정판이다. 90년대 중후반의 화려하고 테크니컬한 사운드와는 확연히 구분되는 Savatage만의 아무도 흉내낼 수 없는 독보적인 '드라마틱함'을 보여주며, 최고의 위치에 올라서는 계기가 된다. Savatage의 대표곡중 하나인 Believe등을 수록하고 있다.
