Keeper Of The Seven Keys Part ll 앨범이후 가장 만족스러운 음악을 들려주었다고 생각되는 Helloween의 또 하나의 역작 The Time Of The Oath 이다. Andi Deris의 보컬도 서서히 밴드와 조화를 이루어 간다고 생각된다. 그간의 앨범들이 '음악'이라는 관점에서 보았을 때 완성도가 떨어지거나 하지는 않았지만 역시 팬들은 'Melodic Power/Speed Metal'을 원했다. 본연의 사운드로 회귀하였던 Master Of The Ring 앨범보다 한층 충실한 사운드로, Helloween이 90년대에 발표한 앨범중 최고라는 찬사를 받았다. 멜로디 메이킹이 일품인 Power등을 담고 있다.
