1980년 4월, “British Steel” 앨범으로 본격적인 Heavy Metal 시대를 열어젖혔던 Judas Priest가 38년째에 해당하는 2018년에도 이 정도 수준의 음반을 선보일 수 있다는 것은 Metal Gods의 (폼은 일시적이나) 클래스는 영원함을 증명한다. 짜임새 있고 박진감 넘치는 기타 리프와 다이내믹하고 드라마틱한 솔로 라인이 밴드의 위용을 여과 없이 드러낸다.
