The music to "Forever" is a cover/arrangement of "Solveig's sang" by Norwegian composer Edward Grieg (1843-1907), with new lyrics. "Solveig's sang" is part of the incidental music from the play Peer Gynt by Henrik Ibsen (1828-1906).
"Regalis Apertura" is written by Miro.
There is only silence from the end of "Fall from Grace" (04:15) to (11:01). This extends the total running time to 55:55, which was arranged because it is the band's fifth album.

전작 The Fourth Legacy의 대대적인 호평을 이어간 Kamelot의 Karma 앨범이다. 섬세하면서도 화려하고, 내적이면서도 파워풀한, 그리고 카리스마 철철넘치는, Heavy Metal이라는 철장안에 가둬놓기가 아깝다는 생각이 들 정도의 사운드를 들려준다. 전작에서 부각되기 시작한 Epic 성향이 극대화되어 있는데 이는 Rhapsody와는 달리 표면적으로 쉽게 흉내낼 수 없는 성질의 것이기도 하다. Kamelot 최고의 곡으로서 각인될 만한 Forever, 중반 기타솔로가 압권인 Wings Of Despair, 이국적인 멜로디와 화려한 진행으로 앨범의 완성도를 더욱높인 Karma, 긴장을 이완시켜주는 애절한 발라드 Don't You Cry등에서 죽음의 멜로디를 확인할 수 있을 것이다. 이로써 Blind Guardian 못지 않은 절대적인 명성을 획득하게 된다.
