세 번째 정규작 "Subhuman Race" 발매 이후에 공개한 미니 라이브 앨범이다. 단 6곡만을 수록하고 있다는 것이 아쉬운 부분인데, 기존 Skid Row의 이미지에 지대한 영향을 미쳤던 서정적인 메탈 발라드는 단 한 곡도 수록되어 있지 않으며 강력한 사운드의 연속으로 앨범 전체가 순식간에 끝나버리는 느낌이다. 근작의 예상외의 반응을 의식한 것인지, "Subhuman Race" 앨범에서는 한 곡만을 수록하고 있으며 "Slave to the Grind"에서 3곡, 리메이크 곡들을 담았던 "B-Side Ourselves"에서 2곡을 수록하고 있다. Judas Priest 리메이크 곡으로 메탈갓 Rob Halford와의 폭발적인 열창을 들려주는 "Delivering the Goods" 등이 뇌리에 남는다.
