1991년 데뷔시절부터 밴드의 핵으로 전반적인 곡작업을 지배해 왔던 Andre Matos와 드러머, 베이시스트의 잇따른 탈퇴로 많은 팬들은 Angra의 해체를 예상하였다. 하지만 남은 두 기타리스트 Kiko Loureiro, Rafael Bittencourt는 Angra를 재건하여 부활에 성공하였으며 그 주축에 뛰어난 보이스를 소유한 보컬리스트 Eduardo Falaschi가 있었다. 뛰어난 선율로 폭발적인 인기를 끌은 Nova Era, 드라마틱한 구성과 Eduardo의 보컬이 돋보이는 Millennium Sum등이 이들의 유려한 사운드를 대표한다. 이것이야말로 Rebirth!이다.
