Resurrection. 타이틀이 이처럼 명확하게 잘 들어맞는 앨범이 또 있을까. 10년 만에 Rob Halford의 정통 헤비메탈로의 복귀를 알렸다. Fight의 그루브/스래쉬 메탈 사운드도 멋졌고 Two의 인더스트리얼적인 음악도 나름 신선했지만, 역시 Metal God의 자리는 Heavy Metal 일 수밖에 없다. "Brave New World" 앨범으로 재건에 성공한 Iron Maiden과 함께 감동적인 귀환으로 열렬한 환영을 받았으며, 노련하게 숙성된 사운드로 팬들의 기대를 저버리지 않았다. 메탈 보컬 제왕의 부활 찬가 "Resurrection", 뚜렷한 기승전결로 완성도를 높인 "Silent Screams" 등이 앨범의 대표곡이다. Metal-Is에서 발매되었으며, 프로듀서 Roy Z는 본작과 Helloween의 "Dark Ride" 앨범으로 자신의 입지를 완전히 굳혔다.
