Additional notes
The band was named after the hard rock band of the same name from Detroit, Michigan, who released two albums in the early '70s. The band's name was suggested by Randy Rhoads, who was the brother of their then-vocalist, Kelle Rhoads. There was also a hard rock band from Detroit, Michigan that released at least one demo in 1990 with "Time After Time" + 3 more songs.
The cop appearing on the debut album's cover art is known as Knutson.
In late 1989, band members relocated to New York, shifting to a more hard rock-oriented sound. There, they played with many guitarists and recorded a 10-track demo. In 1992, they returned to Los Angeles and broke up shortly after.
In 2009, founding member Chris Logue reformed the band with members from the German band Roxxcalibur and embarked on a European tour the following year. In October 2010, the other members split from Logue and formed Masters of Disguise with Roxxcalibur singer Alexx Stahl on vocals, to record the material that was being written with Savage Grace for a new album.
