Scenes From A Memory 앨범을 고스란히 연주하는 등 3장짜리로 발매된 데다가 앨범자켓에 불타는 뉴욕의 이미지가 형상화되어있고 발매일이 뉴욕테러날짜(9.11)와 일치하여 급하게 미국반의 앨범이미지를 바꾸는 등 많은 화제거리를 가져온 Live Scenes From New York 앨범이다. 그 거대한 규모에 연주의 질 또한 최상급이어서 그동안 발표하였던 정규 라이브 앨범 3장중 으뜸으로 손꼽힌다. James Labrie의 약간 불안한 보컬만 제외하면 완벽이란 표현을 써도 무방한 앨범.

트라이포트 락페스티벌 부틀렉의 경악과 쇼크 때문에 이전 라이브 앨범보다 더욱 걱정이 되었으나 목을 많이 써서 피로해진 것 같은 음색만 제외하면 생각보다 잘해주었다.
