Vocals by Marko Hietala were recorded before Anette Olzon joined the band. She sings only on "Escapist", while all the other tracks are entirely sung by Hietala and would after be re-recorded with Olzon on vocals.
"While Your Lips Are Still Red" (track 3) and "Escapist" (widely mistitled as "The Escapist", track 4) are non-album tracks, appearing as b-sides in the Bye Bye Beautiful single.
"Bye Bye Beautiful (DJ Orkidea Remix)" is an instrumental remix by the Finnish DJ Tapio Hakanen.
