Additional notes
Recorded at Musiclab Studio, Berlin in 1986.
Mastered at Studio-Nord-Breman, Germany.
While some sources have stated that November 1st is the release date, other information has proven it to have been earlier than that in the year 1986.
Mille was notably inspired by the film Faces of Death (1978) during writing/recording. He claims that every song on the album is concerning a different way to die.
Michael Wulf was in the band for a few days and didn't play on the album, despite him getting credit.
Includes printed inner sleeve.
First album to feature the band's unnamed demon "mascot" on the front cover.
The intro track "Choir of the Damned" runs for 0:46 on the original issues of the album and only in this CD version. An extended version running for 1:39 was introduced on all other CDs versions and the 2000 reissues (as well as all subsequent reissues).
