The samples in the song "Living Dead" were taken from the 1964 film The Masque of the Red Death.
The samples in the song "Sinners Bleed" were taken from the 1932 film The Mummy.
The samples in the song "Blessed Be" were taken from the 1948 film Rope.

Ddrums were used for parts of the drum set.
Even though the booklet says that Johnny Đorđević was the singer on this album, it was Nicke Andersson who recorded the vocals. According to this interview to Orvar Säfström Nicke recorded the vocals as a reference for Dordevič but the result was so bad that they kept it. The only vocals by Johnny in the album is the phrase "I just want to die" in Sinners Bleed.
Only the American versions and the vinyl versions have the red logo, the LP has the logo, skull and album title embossed. The CD was originally only with the black logo shown here but later this CD was reissued with the yellow logo. A limited edition was released with an embossed cover.
