Celtic Woman: The Greatest Journey is the fourth studio album by the group Celtic Woman, released on 28 October 2008. It is an Essential Collection album composed of tracks from their self-titled debut and A New Journey albums with a couple reworked, plus three new tracks.
Performers in The Greatest Journey are vocalists Chloë Agnew, Órla Fallon, Lynn Hilary, Lisa Kelly, Méav Ní Mhaolchatha, and fiddler Máiréad Nesbitt.

The Antonas Choir was recorded at Helix Studios, Eisenkerry, Ireland Directed by Rosemary Collier All songs arranged by David Downes DVD Version: Film Montages of The Debut Concert in 2005 at The Helix in Dublin, Ireland and A New Journey in 2006 at Slane Castle in Ireland. This concert film featuring highlights from The Debut Concert in 2005 and A New Journey in 2006. Performers are the same six women of The PBS Special. When the concert film ends, the extra scene features a 55-minute documentary film about the previous and next concerts. This 55-minute documentary featuring interviews about previous concerts and the making of Songs from the Heart concert at Powerscourt House and Gardens. Plus, there is another extra scene after the end credits of Celtic Woman: The Story So Far features the montages of the upcoming concert, Songs from the Heart.
