A-side has yellow center labels, B-side has orange center labels.
One-sided lyric sheet with a small Septic Death logo sticker attached to the upper left corner.

275 copies on colored vinyl.
22 additional leftover copies on colored vinyl marked as 'Series B'.
Bright green sleeve. Yellow center labels on both sides.
Two-sided lyric sheet signed and numbered by Pushead.
