"It was recorded the day after we had finished the Promoting... album, we had some hours left and forced the studiotech to let us write/rehearse/record/mix a track in those couple of hours haha. He wasn't too happy as he thought we'd just squander the hours left and let him leave early. Just listen to the kick/snare drums, they kinda suck compared to the main album as we just went for the first usable sound during the 15 minute soundcheck before nailing that track. Have no recollections of the lyrics either, just that me and Fiebig write them in a minute or three".
2009 digital edition by Vic Records is remastered and contains 2 bonus tracks:
