Leichenlinie is the first album by Genocide Organ and first release by Tesco Organisation, the first edition was released in 1989 as a co-release with De Fabriek which had hand decorated back covers with each member doing roughly a quarter of an edition of 291 copies. De Fabriek reissued it in an unofficial capacity in 1995 as a part of its Leichenlinies double disc release. It was next released officially by Tesco on CD in 1999 as a bonus inside :The Truth Will Make You Free:.
Its first full official reissue came in 2010 to commemorate its 20 year anniversary, this reissue was available on CD and on various LP versions, the LP versions again totaled 291 copies. These had metal plates affixed to the front with the artwork and had on the back covers either a signed photograph or a signed art collage, and in the case of 50 other Bloodpiece versions the back cover came with a piece of an original painting made by Roland Freisler with his own blood which also had a razor blade affixed to it. Recon Unit members were also sold special editions, with extra inserts, of the regular cover and the Bloodpiece covers.
A second stand alone CD reissue with slightly different cover artwork was released in 2018.
A third LP reissue came out in 2019 to commemorate the 30 year anniversary of its initial release, this version has as an extra, a mock-up of a German Wehrmacht certificate for a soldier's death in battle and was available in multiple versions, one with a Brown Certificate one with a Silver Certificate and in some cases both.
