Additional notes
Split up in 2006, although a public announcement was never officially made. The band announced in May 2011 that work had started on a new album, And the Weak Shall Perish, with a mostly new lineup, though the album never materialized among frequent lineup changes. The band has continued mentioning work on new music in press releases and interviews as recently as 2022, but nothing has been released, and the band has been dormant since Myers joined Suffocation in 2019.

A fan made music video for the song "Consume the Forsaken" was featured in the background of the movie Paranormal Activity when a member of the band gave the filmmakers permission without consulting the rest of the band, leading to a lengthy legal dispute and turmoil within the band.
