Tracks 1, 2, 3, 6, and 10 were recorded on March 22nd, 1973 at Bias Recording Studios, Falls Church, Virginia, United States.
Tracks 5 and 11 were recorded on July 6th, 1972 at The Fireplace.
Tracks 8 and 9 were recorded live on June 5 & 14th, 1974 at National Sound Warehouse, Springfield, Virginia.
Track 7 was recorded on June 13th, 1973 at Bias Recording Studios, Falls Church, Virginia.
Track 12 was recorded live in the summer of 1974 at the rehearsal warehouse.
Track 4 was recorded on September 4th, 12th & 23rd, 1976 at Underground Sound, Largo, Maryland, United States.

All songs (except track 12) were re-mastered and produced at Polar Bear Lair Studios, Middletown Maryland, United States.
Mastered at Sonurous Mastering Inc., Temp, Arizona, United States.
