The Most Mysterious Song

Compilation of different versions and mixes of "Subways of Your Mind".

Track 1 is the original demo recording that later became "The Most Mysterious Song On The Internet". The source was the cassette by Darius (cassette "4") who recorded the song off of NDR radio, likely in September 1984.
Track 2 is the studio version of the track, recorded in late 1984. The source was the "yellow label tape": Fex.
Track 3 is a new mix of the original demo recording based on a better sounding source, an audio cassette found by songwriter Ture Rückwardt in spring 2025. This is an edited version to match the length of the prior released version - the full version, with an extended fadeout and lasting 3:10, was uploaded to The Outer Edge's Bandcamp on 4 November, the anniversary of the identification of the track.
